Thank you so much for this incredible review! Working with you on your stage signage was such a fun project for me. Traveling setups have their own unique demands, so making sure your sign could handle life on the road was just as important as making it look stunning. I'm so glad we took the time to get the design and size exactly right for your needs. Hearing that the delivery speed, service, and pricing all exceeded your expectations truly makes my day. Your new sign is going to look amazing on stage, and I can't wait to see your branding shine (literally!). Thank you for trusting Meon Neon, and for recommending us to others - it means the world! Hi, thank you for your feedback. We take every customer experience seriously, so I want to add some important context here. Your sign was ordered on July 28th and delivered on August 3rd, just 6 days later. For a custom-made piece, that's one of the fastest turnarounds in the industry, and we upgraded you to priority shipping for free to give it the best chance of arriving by your date. Before you placed your order, we told you multiple times that while we would ship priority, we could not guarantee arrival by your event date. You chose to proceed with the order knowing that. We never want a customer to gamble on a timeline, which is exactly why we were upfront about it from the start. On communication: we're a small family-owned business, and we responded to every one of your messages during our business hours. Several of your messages came in over the weekend when we're closed, which may have felt like being ignored, but we replied as soon as we reopened. We genuinely did everything we could here: free priority shipping, honest expectations before purchase, and a 6-day custom turnaround. If there's anything else we can help with, we're reachable at [email protected].

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! Your custom Rock & Rails sign for your HO train shelf layout was such a fun and unique project to work on. Double-checking every detail with you - the LED colors, size, and design - is exactly how we like to do things, because getting it exactly right the first time is what matters most. I'm so glad the finished sign looks even better than you expected and that the mounting went smoothly. Fast turnaround without cutting corners on quality is something we really pride ourselves on. Thanks for the recommendation and for trusting Meon Neon with your layout project - enjoy the new centerpiece!

Thank you so much, Jim and Tricia! Your Porsche glass tube neon sign turned out absolutely remarkable - I'm so glad it looked even better than you expected! We take a lot of pride in our packaging to make sure every sign arrives safe and sound, so I really appreciate you noticing that detail. Your kind words mean the world to me. Working with customers like you makes what we do so rewarding. We can't wait to work with you again on future projects. Thanks for the full endorsement and for choosing Meon Neon!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review, Len! I'm so glad we could help you get your dimmer working properly over the phone. You're right - it can be frustrating when manufacturers don't include clear directions, but we're always here to walk our customers through any issues. Exceptional customer service is something we really prioritize, especially in a world where it's getting harder to reach a real person who can actually help. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for choosing Meon Neon!

Thank you so much for this incredible review! I'm so happy your experience has been exceptional from start to finish, and I loved creating those 2 outstanding neons for your man cave! Hearing that you're already in the process of ordering your 3rd one is the best compliment we could receive. Quality, packaging, competitive pricing, and including everything you need (dimmer remote and hanging hardware) are all things we work really hard on. Being your go-to company now means everything to us. Thanks for the amazing 10/10 and for all your kind words - we can't wait to create that 3rd neon for your husband!

Thank you so much for this amazing review! I'm so happy we could get your boyfriend's gamer tag sign done in time for Christmas - that timeline was tight but we made it happen! It sounds like it turned out even better than you hoped, which is the best outcome we could ask for. I love that the installation was easy for you too. Custom gaming signs are always such fun projects to work on, and knowing it's going to be a special Christmas gift makes it even better. Thanks for trusting Meon Neon with your project - I hope he absolutely loves it! - Vida
