Seen many negative reviews but i had the opposite experience. tracking was sort of on point with couple of eta delivery time changes. however, i even left a note on my door on where to place the package. to my surprised , they actual read the note and promptly placed where it was instructed. location : montreal.

We have been using GLS for 5 months. We send out packages a few times a week and they have been great! Their price is always the cheapest, they deliver on time and our customers have all been happy! Our pickup driver Havee is awesome! Always friendly and polite 😊

I had a problem free experience with GLS Canada. On Tuesday-August 26, 2025, I purchased a sweater from a Montreal clothing boutique store called Valerie Simon. On Thursday-August 28, 2025, I received my parcel in mint condition with no damages to the package. Thank you GLS Canada for your outstanding service and safe delivery for my sweater.

Twice in recent weeks I have received a delivery through your company, both times by the same personnel. I have multiple sclerosis and have difficulty answering our door in a timely manner, yet both times your representative patiently waited, giving me the time I needed to get to the door and sign for my parcel. Because of my disability the majority of my purchases are online with doorstep delivery, and I can say without question that your employee is an asset to your company. Courteous, professional, friendly and patient, he stands out in his profession. A+ experience, thank you!
