I returned the product TWICE and did exactly what they told me and called and still did not receive my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FFFFOLKS

The price was a lot higher than advertised. They did refund me half the price I paid. However I have health issues and I won't take the pills for fear they are filled with something else. Jul 6 at 6:13 PM

I initially ordered 1 bottle of Glykonex and when I checked my credit card they charged me for six 239.95 I called customer service and they gave me an RMA number to return it. I placed the RMA number on the shipping label as instructed. They received it on Jul 18, 2026 on July 26 I noticed they charged my card an additional 239.95 i called them again and canceled the order and close the account they, they said i would be refunded in 5 to 10 days. Today is September 14, 2026 and I have not received a refund for either transaction. I called again today and got the same story that my refund was being processed. I have decided that it is time to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. GG

Writing this for a friend. Did not complete the order form but they sent the product anyway and charged me. Now saying can’t refund because of their policy. They don’t care if you are satisfied or not. They are in Southeast Asia. Our reviews in this country mean nothing to them. Glykonex Florida is just to trick you into thinking you are dealing with a reputable USA company.

This is nothing but a rip-off company.I should have read the reviews before.I sent them money contact customer service every day.Said they've already sent me an e check Been calling for months with no success. Do not let them get your money customer service as an Asia. Big surprise, get the same answer every time well, I'll send it to billing call for an extension or supervisor. There's no such thing. This is a number one rated rip-off company.

What went wrong is that I sent this product back with tracking they got it on Aug 2. They keep saying my refund was processed on the 5 of Aug. Ive called every week and get the same answers please wait a few more days. Well this is a complete scam. I do not advise anyone to buy this product its not what it says and they make it look like your only paying for 1 bottle and take out 299.90 from your bank .... someone needs to figure out a way for those of us who have asked for refunds get our money back.
