They never processed my gold order when I placed it. Then a month later I called them and they said they couldn’t get any gold in and couldn’t get it to me for the price I originally placed my order for.

The customer rep was very helpful. My order was canceled for some unknown reason. I'm waiting for the items I ordered to come back in stock.

Website had major glitches at the time, but were fixed the same day. The daily deals were the best part, and the 2007 and 2009 silver proof set was the lowest price I had seen anywhere.
