GMR transcribed many files for us. We even received an email from Julie letting us know that the text in one of our files was cut off, and couldn't be transcribed. We re-scanned the file, and she had someone promptly transcribe it to meet our deadline.

My office uses GMR Transcription pretty often and they are on top of their game. If there is ever an issue they are always accessible and follow up rather quickly. For the most part, we always receive our transcripts rather fast, often before their estimated time of arrival.

GMR is easy to use and the turnaround time is great. The pricing is very competitive. My only complaint is that sometimes the quality of the transcription is not quite where I'd like it to be, but it is definitely good, especially at the price point.
