Great experience - Video Transcription
I needed a transcription done urgently and GMR delivered.Their professionalism and quality of work wants me to tell everyone about what a great job they did !! Turn-around time was fantastic , transcriptions were good the cost was quite reasonable . I Would definitely use them again.

Great Customer Service
GMR Transcription is providing us great customer service. In our short relationship, we've had a few questions and needed a quick response. In ever situation, we've been able to get someone on the phone quickly and we've had our questions answered professionally, It's so nice to do business with a company this responsive.

Excellent work
GMR Transcription is a fantastic resource. I used their service to transcribe a two-hour long panel discussion. Not only was the work done well; they delivered it within a week. I anticipate my having a long relationship with them...

Great service.
Very professional service. The transcriptions are very good, and the turnaround time was quick. I ordered standard delivery and received most of my transcriptions more quickly than I anticipated.

Use the Template
I love using GMRtranscription.com primarily because of the fast turnaround time as well as the ease of uploading my audio files and downloading my transcripts. Recently, I lost one of the emails with a transcription. I was able to log back into the system and still retrieve the archived transcription. My opportunity for improvement aligns with providing a template. I now routinely provide a template for the transcriptionist to use when completing his or her work. Most of the time, my transcription is returned using the template. But not always. A consistent use of the template (including the template header) would help me on the back end processes after receiving the transcription. Thanks! -- And I will still continue using GMR as well as recommending the service to my students and faculty colleagues.
