As you know, you were refunded in full after creating a ticket that "you thought purchasing a 1 Year License Key was actually a Free Trial". After some discussion, we granted your request as you did not understand the subscription process nor how to work the bot.
Based on your statements in this review, clearly the website and our software is a bit advanced for you and therefor, refunding you in full was the correct decision.
I have attempted to address your claims below - hopefully it will provide some clarity.
1. We do not "take your money and dash". GnBots has been in business for over 5 years with over 1 million customers. While we may be new to you, we are considered the top ranking and most well known Mobile Game Bot provider on the market. We are still here with tens of thousands of users successfully running the bot at this very moment. You may join us in live chat and speak with other users who will happily give you their input on its performance.
2. Our "links all lead to malicious injections" is simply false. There are no malicious links on the website and if there were - we would obviously not be rated so highly. We would invite any user to scan the website themselves in its entirely for any malicious links. There are none.
3. "Their "apk" download is a Trojan virus" - Our software is not an APK, nor is it a Virus. Once again, we would welcome all members to take their own precautions and if you have any questions, please join us in live chat. We will be happy to prove that its safe, and has been for the last 5 years.
4. The "program doesn't work as described" may be true in your case as you were not able to even figure out how to use the free trial, let alone operate the software. Again, we refunded you in full because of this.
5. "Their support will threaten you with bans and condescend bragging they are in game mods" - Advising you to follow the Botting Safely Guide in order to avoid a ban is far from a threat. All users are told to follow these guides in order to bot safely.
6. "Better off writing your own image recognition bot." - We would invite any user with the skills to write their own image recognition bot to do so. We do our best to provide the best mobile game bot on the market for those who cannot.
7. "Review was approved by Trustpilot after providing evidence that all claims are true" - Reviews are not fact checked on TrustPilot, nor is evidence required to write a review - This is a simple platform for you to comment on your experience. You have done so and we apologize your experience was a negative one. Unfortunately, we have already tried to help you get it working, and refunded you in full when you could not. There is nothing more we can do except literally do it for you.
