Ordered a product June 11th. 2.5 months later have no tracking information, cannot get a hold of customer service, have written multiple emails, and have lost my money. Also hilariously, they advertise on their website that they have 4+ stars on trustpilot. At this point it's straight theft.

I would give this 0 stars if that was an option. I bought the bundle and paid $145. I placed my order on 6/6/26. On 6/8, I received an email stating that my products had shipped, but no tracking updates. It is 8/11/26 and I have not received my products. I have reached out to customer service 5 times now with NO response. Terrible Customer Service!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I only wish I would have found the reviews sooner.

As of late july the product came but the glider has already broke. Hoping I will get a replacement. In early Huly I thought, I got scammed. I shared the following after waiting over a month for the purchase to come in. I have emailed multiple times with NO reply. I am so upset. I even sent a heartfelt email about how I am very much looking forward to trying this. This is no way to treat people!

Please anyone who has been scammed by this women report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.com so she can get on their radar. It’s takes 2 minutes. Plus report to the social media she scammed you on from for not following the merchant agreement so she can be taken down. Order beginning of June and still have received. Emailed, called and chatted with the bot online. No response. I paid through PayPal awaiting to see if they respond via PayPal. This is a scam there is not customer service. The number goes to someone named Melanie who never answers and sounds like a personal phone.
