So far so good, easy experience ordering lenses. Lost a star because I haven’t found any instructions for sending in my frames.

Great selection

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Go Optic. I ordered what I expected to be high-quality frames, but what I received was poor. The lenses were mounted badly and the overall finish did not meet expectations. I returned the item at my own expense and followed all the required customs instructions carefully. Before returning it, I was explicitly told by a representative that I would not be charged any additional taxes or fees, as the item had already been paid for. However, when the frames were sent back to me, I was charged again. When I contacted customer service, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I was simply told to refer to the terms and conditions, despite providing clear evidence (including emails) showing that I had been told otherwise. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor product quality, additional unexpected charges, and unhelpful customer support. I would not recommend.

Found the frame I needed at a very reasonable price. Easy order process. Thank you.

their telephone customer service is wonderful. Had a rep on the phone with me as I placed my order and he was patient and very helpful
