Not good for business owners big was of time and money! Multiple meetings to correct problems with agents not following the scripts is critical as the agents represent your company. Agents just take poor messages to callback with no critical information frustrating customers with broken english. The management says they will work on training but no improvemnts over the course of a month. Do not use this service!

The truth, they are a good sell, but once inside, they change, and lie. Double billing, unable to follow instructions, and never taking accountability for their business. They will spam you, scam you, and stalk you. If they focus as much on customer relations of their business as they focus on getting paid their business would thrive. If you want peace of mind- I would not use them.
