I am someone who struggles so much to fall asleep. I literally can’t get my brain to shut down and stay up into the middle of the night doom scrolling. I have to wake up early for work and am DRAGGING. I recently discovered these light therapy glasses, and they have been a god-send! I’ve been using the red light therapy at night while I wind down (even if I’m watching a show) and am able to set my phone down at a reasonable time and actually fall asleep. In the morning, I pop on the blue light and wear them while I’m getting ready for the day. I’m able to focus and feel energized rather than wanting to crawl back into bed. I’m SO HAPPY I found these and that they make such a difference. I can’t recommend them enough!

I am very impressed by the quality of the glasses and how lightweight and comfortable they feel while wearing them! I have found them to be very helpful for a pick-me-up during the day and for winding down in the evening.

Above and beyond customer support! The cable on one side of the glasses tore and customer service replaced it without any questions asked, with a new device arriving within the same week. As a customer it’s hard to expect more than that. Other than the fact that the product itself is excellent!
