While we include a complimentary ice pack as an added precaution, it is normal for it to arrive melted and does not impact the quality of your order. So many choices, Goby won.
So many choices, I researched a bit and Goby was in the mix and no sign up fee, good reviews. So I went with them, and All went well. On my second round. Product works, clear instructions, clear doctor instructions, fast shipping, nice patient portal. Happy customer! And picky.
