Gocare is a good product. We just need coverage for another iPad and are waiting for a rep to call us back. Customer service does make you wait.

As someone who has dealt with many tech insurance companies, you guys are honestly the best. Easy to contact, low cost, good with updates and making contact to customers. I have no complaints. The only thing I can say is keep up the good work.

Much more complete than AppleCare and cheaper too. Even covers physical damage.

It took a lot of correspondence, too much I think, but the person I was corresponding with was friendly and helpful. There were more hoops to jump through than I would've liked. I ended up deciding not to go through with it after so much run around and uncertainty. I did pay the $50, but have decided to insure my phone elsewhere.
