I ordered what was advertised as the official 2026 White House Christmas ornament. What I received was a cheap acrylic version of a Christmas ornament. I am totally dissatisfied with the product. Buyer beware. I will never purchase another product from this company. Robert Hill

Terrible company. Quality of product is awful. I ordered a gold Grammy sweatshirt. They sent a grapefruit colored, poor quality, 100% acrylic top. Their return policy states ‘if’ they decide to refund, it might not be full refund. They don’t provide return label. Their address is in WY and linked to a scam company and the state of WY recommends contacting the state Attorney Generals office if you have been scammed by them and even provides phone number. Their phone number is not manned by people and doesn’t allow for voicemail. Their website customer service assistant refers you to sending email inquiring about returns. Hoping this reaches folks so they aren’t fooled by the fake positive reviews.

I have purchased so many items from Godmerch, and I have been absolutely thrilled with every single one! I love letting people know that I’m a GiGi, and their merchandise makes it so fun to show it off. I get compliments all the time, along with questions about where I got my shirts and other items. Everything I’ve purchased has been a hit, and I’m always happy to tell people about Godmerch! If you’re a proud GiGi like me, you definitely need to check them out!

I received my shirt a few days ago. I love the softness and how beautiful it is. I did contact customer service with a question and received an immediate response.

“ GodMerch offered to make it right! No idea what happened with the “auto populated zip code” during purchase, but the zip code was wrong. USPS brought the item all the way to my local post office, then returned to sender, when it will most likely be destroyed :( Mary at GodMerch offered to make it right, so I am hopeful that I will receive my item! Cheers!

I have been scammed before and took a chance with godmerch- I was so thrilled with my grandma sweatshirt, where they had to add 11 names and really excited about my football grandma sweatshirt with my Grandson’s name on it! I love the personalization!!! Beware of scam sites- this one is not a scam!
