Was delivered quickly and in good shape. I had to return for a smaller size and hope that the return is just as quick.

I’ve ordered a couple of times and it has been good, I was hoping I would get my last order before Mother’s Day but it came a day later, overall I’m pleased

Love my new sweatshirt! My husband ordered a sweatshirt for me from this site and it quickly became one of my favorites. When I saw a Mom sweatshirt advertised I decided to order it for my daughter for Mother’s Day. When I received the sweatshirt, it was not what I was expecting. I contacted customer service and explained my misgivings and they offered to replace it with another one. The replacement came very quickly and I am very happy with it. I would have given 5 stars but customer service was very slow to respond to me. It took several attempts to get a response. Once I did it went very smoothly and they were helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this company to friends and family and will purchase from them again.

I was hoping I would've already had the shirt. If I had it, you would've gotten a 5 star rating. The quality is very good. NO problems there. Just wish I had it in my possession now.

I was happy with my sweater except the established year was wrong. I’m not sure how it happened but it’s being replaced with the correct information. I am happy that my item is being replaced with no additional fees! I look forward to receiving my corrected sweater! Thank you.

Took a long time to get it… Christmas

It would’ve have been 5 stars but the two items I ordered together didn’t come together. I was only sent one tracking number so I had no idea until the first item arrived that the second item wasn’t included. these were gifts for the same person so it was disappointing! I had to reach out to the “contact” email to get the other tracking number. I was not advised there was another tracking number until I took the initiative to contact them
