Poor communication. They will take forever to answer and basically just hold your money hostage, and eventually will cancel your order. Don't trust the fake positive reviews. Don't sell stuff if you don't have it in stock and can't ship it out.

Placed my order on Jan 14th. Got the confirmation email right away. Never heard back after that. I messaged around 3 days ago since there was no movement on my order and no communication on the delay. They never responded. I messaged again and I just received a cancellation email AT MY REQUEST? which is completely false. I would have gladly accepted less of my order amount as I stated in my email but they cancelled the whole thing after almost 10 days of waiting. Terrible way to do business. Very poor business practices.
