As noted in our policy we are not responsible for any additional import tax, duties or fees that may occur being imported to your country, as well as delays due to customs. We are sorry that you had this experience with UPS, according to the tracking it is still on it's way to you. I will be following up with UPS to make sure it is still being delivered to you.

We are sorry you had this experience and we did our best to make every effort to remedy the issue and have offered multiple options to correct this. We carefully inspect and grade our items but sometimes we do make mistakes. When a problem arises with any order we require photos (which you declined to provide) of any damages or issues so that we are able to address the problem accordingly. In spite of this we sent you a return label so that you could return the item for a refund or replacement, at no cost to you, however you declined to take advantage of this as well, choosing instead to throw the medallion away over a week later. While missing the blemish was our mistake we made every effort to correct this for you and provide you with a good resolution, however you chose not to work with us at every step of the way. We canceled your second order as you were unwilling to work with us and disrespected the entire process. When an order is canceled, we can not take your funds, as they are returned to you through your credit card company in 3-5 business days. We have the right to refuse service at our discretion. We’ve had dozens, if not hundreds of customers express appreciation to us for having different grading options available to them at a discount. You even praised the quality of our pendant at the time in spite of wanting a different one. Each of them are hand made, and no two are alike and differences can occur between each of the medallions, especially those with enamel infill. We are always striving to improve our services and products and always take customer feedback into consideration. As always, Happy Summoning.
