This company is very expensive
This company is very expensive. They also are slow. They took 5 days to even ask questions about a filing that should take 10 min total. I ended up doing it myself because they were so slow, yet they wouldn't give me a refund. If they didn't do the work, why should they keep the money from the overpriced service.

Hi Rachel, sorry if you didn't have a good experience with us. But I have to point out why your review is invalid: First, the timeframes that were clearly outlined were 3-5 business days. Your order was completed and delivered to you in just TWO business days. Second, our service fee, which is the lowest in the industry, was outlined and shown very, very clearly during checkout, and you had to sign off on it. So for those reasons, your review seems fairly invalid. Thank you for understanding,
