Avoid: Predatory Billing Practices & Breach of Contract
We experienced predatory billing practices and a clear breach of contract from this company. Our Target Plus marketplace integration was suspended on March 27th, completely halting all order synchronization services and data flows. Despite providing zero operational utility or services for the entire month of April, Goflow still billed us $399. When we pointed out Section 5.2 of their own Terms of Service—which explicitly limits customer liability to "up to and including the last day on which the Services are provided"—they refused a prorated refund and hid behind their "sole discretion" clauses. To make matters worse, our bank (Bank of America) confirmed that Goflow's payment processor, Adyen, actively blocked our automated ACH dispute return request. We have been forced to escalate this by filing a formal fraud and unfair billing complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Internet and Technology Bureau (Intake #1-1254246302). Do not trust this company with your direct banking or ACH information; they will exploit technicalities to keep your money even when their system performs zero work for your business.
