We have purchased Disney gift cards and it had said we had to wait 72 hours for them. unfortunately we could not wait and needed them because we were actively at Disneyland for only 24 more hours. We emailed support and they immediately got back to us and got us our gift cards so we could use them that day.

I purchased nine $100 disney gift cards in which, prior to my purchase as well as with confirmation, there was clear notice that I would expect to receive the gift card vouchers in approximately 72 hours. My plans changed the day after my purchase in which I really needed to use the gift cards sooner. So I sent over an email after 5 p m (in the hope that they could help expedite) and they responded within one hour and updated my account to go ahead and process my vouchers so that I could use them for my trip. I was not expecting such a quick response and them to be able to accommodate this so quickly. Wanted to give them a good review. Because of this quick response as well, as I had no trouble redeeming the vouchers for the disney gift cards. Have already used the disney gift cards and confirmed that everything is valid. I was able to get $900 in gift cards for only $800. So to me, the $100 saving was well worth it.

I had an issue with not being able to use what I had just purchased. After contacting them and about 3 emails describing and giving the info they needed, within 30 minutes they had given me a full refund. Now THAT is some customer service! Thank you guys for helping me!

Customer Service is a phrase tossed around by about every company in business. Dining Dollars are the last people I would have expected to embrace this. I was wrong! They were outstanding! I bought the disney tix from undercover tourist for the 2nd time due to the $20/tkt dining dollars bonus, and the 15% discount on disney gift cards deal. You can't get much of a discount anywhere on disney anything. Well, the dining dollars 15% discount is on a genuine disney gift card you can use on anything from disney parking to merchandise to food, etc. You can also put in on your my disney experience app or on your apple wallet or android wallet. The automated response when I bought the discount gift cards through dining dollars was it would take 72 hours. which was fine on the first trip but too far out for the 2nd, spontaneous trip. I emailed their customer service people and had my gift cards in hours!! Bravo bravo! I will remember to buy out more than 72 hours whenever possible but know that in a jam they will come through! BTW, we usually use the balance of the dining dollars on a restaurant gift card like Olive Garden (my granddaughters fav) back home. Happy shopping, and thanks customer service team!!

We had some issues with activating Disney Dining Dollars recently when trying to redeem the gift cards. The message said it would take 24-48 hours for processing, but after 3 days we still could not add them into Apple wallet. We contacted DDD via email and within a short period of time and a few other glitches, they were able to reissue our credits and use them without any further difficulties! Excellent customer service and professionalism! Just wish we had the customer service team member’s names to congratulate them personally

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot speak highly enough of Missy and the exceptional customer service she provided. After trying for some time to resolve a very stressful issue involving a significant amount of money and repeatedly reaching roadblocks, I was beginning to feel there was simply no solution. Then I was fortunate enough to have Missy assist me. From the beginning, she was compassionate, understanding and genuinely willing to listen. Rather than simply providing another standard response, she took the time to understand my situation, investigated what could be done and went above and beyond to help. Thanks to her efforts, a refund was ultimately approved, and the relief I felt was enormous. This money was connected to a very special family holiday and our first Royal Caribbean cruise, which we have been saving towards and looking forward to for a long time. Missy's help has allowed me to put the stress behind me and once again feel excited about our trip and birthday celebrations. What impressed me most was her genuine kindness and humanity. She made me feel like a person rather than simply another customer or case number. Missy is an absolute credit to her team and organisation, and I sincerely hope her management recognises the difference she makes to customers. Thank you, Missy, from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, compassion and willingness to help will not be forgotten. A very well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gabby was an incredible customer service representative. She was so kind and patient, staying on the phone with me troubleshooting issues with my order and making sure the ticket/gift card I ordered was on my app and ensured a refund would be made for the mistaken order. She was so very kind.
