Turned off auto refill days before but was still charged and shipped. Called multiple times and told refund was on the way. Never came, had to dispute charge with my bank to get issue resolved. Would not recommend GoGoMeds.

It seems like ever time my order is due to be refilled, I need to call to get my order shipped. I was under the impression that refills would be automatic. Recently my doctor sent in an updated RX and it was received by you, and yet not filled. You were just sitting on it until called to find out what was taking so long. Once I called, the order was shipped within 24 hours. On the other hand, my experience with your customer service staff has been fine. They are polite and helpful.
