I tried to add a second shipping address (for Winter months), but I could not register it on your site. The only way I was able to get my prescription shipped to my Winter address in Florida was to make it the "default" address for this order. Creating a second address should be simple, but it was not.

You all provide the meds I need at very affordable rates and the shipping is always very prompt. The one thing that is bothersome, is that if you think I'm about out of a prescription, you don't just send one notification, you call all of my phone numbers repeatedly and send emails. That's not helpful, it's annoying. Remind me once and I'll contact you when I truly need a refill. Thank you.

Hi Theodore! Thank you for your review and thank you so much for your feedback. You have options when it comes to your refill reminders and your notification settings, and we can definitely adjust these for you. We left you a voicemail just to offer to switch your settings on your behalf. You're welcome to adjust your refill reminder settings in your online account & you can opt in or out of text messages or emails there as well. Feel free to give us a call back at (888) 795-5826 if you have any questions! We will always accommodate your preferences as much as possible! Happy holidays! GoGoMeds
