Whenever there has been a question or problem with a prescription order, I have been able to resolve it quickly. Today, the agent called me to check the status of our enrollment so she could push through a refill. I appreciate the follow through!

The follow up was excellent, I had not changed my billing address info so the payment didn't go through. They called and then followed up with me again when the order was completed. Very satisfied with the service they provide.
