I was never notified when my Dr sent over my RX. I had to go online and keep checking.

Dear Cheryl, When we get your order without a prescription, we follow up with the doctor also and of course we have to wait on him/her to respond to fill your requested order. Our system notifies you by email or text that we made the follow up. I will check to see why you didn’t receive that message. When we sent out the medication, you should have received another email and text. We work hard to keep our customers informed so thanks for letting us know. Checking and improving allows us to stay ahead of our competition. Thanks Ron RPh

Excellent service! Customer Service Agent is polite, respectful, thorough, and knowledgable. I've been using this service for two years now and I am very satisfied with their service. The pricing for my particular RX is so very reasonable compared to other pharmacies. I'm very satisfied with GoGo Meds!!!

I have been ordering monthly from GoGoMeds for nearly a year now, and have gotten nothing but the best service from this company. They even replaced an order free of charge, because of a mixup in the mail. I highly recommend this company, and thank you, GoGoMeds!
