My prescription still did not arrive. I checked the USPS website which said my package was in Macon, GA. That is further from my home than the pharmacy in KY. Sent out of the way.

Dear Lawrence, 3/11/19 1:26pm We will check into the shipping route selected by USPS and follow up. Thanks Ron RPh Dear Lawrence, 3/11/19 2:11pm The postal service is telling us that Macon, GA is the “hub” for your area. We received your prescriptions on 3/5 at 7:51pm and it shipped on 3/6, the next day. After checking tracking, the USPS website states your package will arrive today, 3 business days from the ship date. It seems they could use a closer hub between the two of us to cut down a day or even two off the delivery. We promote on our website, prescriptions can take 3-4 days for processing and 2-9 days for shipping. Of course we try to beat that with 24 hour processing and 3-4 day delivery or less. Hopefully your package arrives today as expected per USPS tracking. We will follow the tracking number to make sure. Thanks, Ron RPh Dear Lawrence, 3/11/19 8:57pm The tracking for USPS states the package was delivered today at 1pm. Apparently USPS routed the package to the wrong hub, contrary to the first contact. After additional follow up, Macon GA is not the right one for your area. Let us know if there are any issues. Thanks, Ron RPh

Dear M Yokeley, Thank you for the great review. Fast shipping with comparable pricing allows us to highlight the new pharmacy model “internet phaemacy” as compared to the corner chain store. We want to be the Uber of the pharmacy industry. Thank you for your business! Thank you, Hai Nguyen PharmD

Dear Alicia, Thanks for the great review. You mention prompt delivery, usually it’s 3-5 days from our near central, Midwest location in Cincinnati, OH to most areas of the country. I’m glad the package gets to you quickly and thanks for using Gogomeds. As we explore other delivery options in the future, we want better and prompt delivery for everyone in the country. Sincerely, Ron F RPh

Dear Mary, Thank you for the nice review. We think internet pharmacy is the way that the majority of people will access medications in the future, given the ease of receiving electronic prescriptions from physicians. Thank you, Chris Clifton RPh

I thought I placed an order on auto refill, but wasn't sure. I sent an email to check on it and got a response very quickly. I didn't have the auto refill enabled, but the rep got my order placed and set me up for auto refill next time. Very helpful and fast service!
