Good idea for easy prescription purchases and renewals, but they've got a lot of work to do to make it a smoother process. And GoGoMeds doesn't carry many of the popular generic options for pills such as Ambien.

Once you get it set up it's quick and easy. Love how easy it was from my phone!

my only complaint is a discount should be given for 1st time orders. you'd get more people that way.

So far it’s been a great experience. It will save me $470 on one prescription for the year. Thanks

The concept of GoGo Meds is great but can they deliver a reassuring experience. So far no. I placed the order. Received an email saying GoGo had my order and needed to send the original script in. I did. So far a good experience. However, That was a week ago and I have not seen my filled prescription and have not heard anything. I do not know any shipping details. Did it get lost, not filled whatever. Certainly not an Amazon experience.

Jay, Thank you for your feedback. I am looking into your order to see what the status is and will contact you directly. Usually this means there was some error in receiving the prescription if there is a hold. I will find out for you and be in touch!
