They introduce that I can get a refund within 24 hours, but I haven't received any action for more than 12 hours now. If a chatbot makes a request for a refund that can only guide me through the same route, there's no response after that. It was a very unpleasant experience.

J'ai pris l'abonnement Netflix et sans arrêt il y a une coupure qui dit que mon foyer n'est pas reconnu.. Je dois souvent faire la manipe plusieurs fois par jour pour rétablir mon abonnement. Pour un ami c'est pareil et lui en plus maintenant la page Goingbus montre bien son abonnement mais la page Netflix lui demande de payer pour s'abonner. Alors oui c'est pas cher mais c'est franchement usant tout ces beugs répétitifs !
