Great scooter

I talked with several sales people
I talked with several sales people, they are not honest people. I will never deal with GoKarts USA, ever again. Companies like this should be shut down.

Hello David, thanks for your review. I wanted to let you know this is the top-of-the-line 190 that ThumpStar makes. Your bike did indeed come with the “Daytona” model engine. Daytona is a proprietary term and must be licensed in order to have the insignia on the engine, so you are seeing ZS. Also, the engine is indeed equipped with a 5-Speed. That seems like a good upgrade!? I don’t think anyone of our staff would actually lie to a customer. I hope we have addressed your concerns. If not, please reply to the email I sent you. Thanks, Alex

I'm still going through a bad…
I'm still going through a bad experience with my second order with kartsusa I ordered two parts I have only received one which is not the part they show on their website and when I called I was told that they don't even carry that part , I was directed to fill out a return form and it won't allow you to submit it and they want to charge me a shipping and restocking fee so I'm just going to keep this wrong part and try to get my money back for the other one which is the same as the one I have received and I've already paid for them

Hello Danny, We see you ordered 2 Innertubes. but did not like the angle of the Valve Stem. These are the most commonly used innertubes and It work very well in most applications. If you wish to return them, please complete a Return Request in the Customer Service section of our website. we will confirm the address for your return. There is no charge to complete the Return Request
