A recruiter from Golden was the first to contact me after I completed my TEFL certification and began searching for online (due to covid) jobs. Although he specialized in actually placing teachers internationally, he agreed to help, because he recognized that my situation was becoming more common due to the epidemic. First, he sent me a list of the highest paying online employers and advised me to apply to at least six. Throughout the process, whenever I had questions, I contacted him, and he always responded. I was new to Skype and also technical jargon (like "ping"), and he gave helpful answers. I learned a lot from him. He has been my "go-to guy" while navigating this new world. Happily, I just called him on Skype to inform him that I got hired by a great company! He continues to be a great rescource and professional support.
