I have used versions of NitroPro for many years. I had to move the software from one laptop to another. Something I have done before with no difficulty. I went to the website to find out how to do it, and ended up losing access to teh software and despite having a valid licence I had to buy another. BUT, I can not can not access the software to enter the licence details and I just get bounced between NitroPro and Cleverbridge in an endless loop.

Basically Nitro Pro works fine - there are however almost monthly incidents where I'm unable to access the functionality. It happens suddenly and the reasons seems to be lack of access to Nitro's server. It is very annoying to have to issue a support case and then wait for then to get back to me as they say "we will get back to you within one business day!". Why don't they have a chat function to resolve the issues immediately.

Until nitro changes software program as to not flatten edited documents by other software programs.. this is absolutely not a good program especially for businesses like our own!!

When editing files it is not possible to change the default font type to match the font of the text being edited. Each time you edit the text you have to change the font again (it always reverts back to its own default after completing any edits). This is a major problem with the software. It needs to be fixed right away. Other users have been complaining about this for years, and still no change.

Worse than old version, changed text but came out different front size, and no cursor for easy move the object.

Non existent technical support. The chair just refers one to the knowledeg base or user guide. Online information is incorrect for the Mac OS version (e.g. there is no Erase tab). Probably ok software if you can make it work, but when you hot a problem its useless since no way to get help - even though I've paid for the app.

Very easy to buy the product, very fast to make the charge on you credit card, but it is very complicated to activate the product.

The software is not working correctly and there is no way to talk to a live person in support. Have tried all of the options available and cannot find an answer to my problem.
