Adama Stowe was very friendly and helpful to me when obtaining this apartment. He followed up very well and made the process so much easier than I expected.

ADAM STOWE is the GOAT! Promote this man! Super professional worked very hard to help me get my apt at Alvista Towers. Even things were looking bleak and my chances were slim he kept positive vibes and was there throughout every step! True account manager and excellent customer service!

I had a very positive experience with K&R Realty. Their staff was professional and communicative during the entire affordable housing process. I worked with Lili and Canny and they were both very helpful while guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Thanks to them, I was able to find a great apartment and am looking forward to being a resident!

The staff at K&R Realty are exceptional! Cheyenne was my direct contact and lead me through the gruesome length of paperwork and notary forms with ease. In previewing the Unit Scott had an awesome energy to make you just feel like a superstar tenant. I would definitely recommend them for your next warm home search. -Catania Brown
