Shawn Brown was my mortgage officer. he was incredibly patient and courteous and he stayed with me for about a year! he was always prompt, responding to my calls, forwarding documents to the government grinder, and keeping me timely informed of everything. the best ever. maximum stars!

From Start to finish my experience with GoodLife Homes and Dave Schulte was all I hoped it would be. Communication was timely and always helpful, Dave took charge from the first phone call and guided the process to the finish line. Dawn in the closing department was very professional, knowledgeable, and always personable and friendly. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a Reverse Morgage.

My loan had many challenges and the only reason it was successful was because of Shawn Brown's hard persistent efforts.
My loan had many challenges and Shawn Brown was amazing helping me navigating through my refinance experience. Even when I was declined several times he encouraged me to keep moving forward. I would recommend Shawn to anyone I know that would have the need to purchase or refinance a loan.

I had the pleasure of doing a reverse mortgage with Kolleen winsborough. I had the pleasure of doing a reverse mortgage with Kolleen Winsborough. She was so very helpful in every way. I just loved her, she had patience and explained everything so I could understand every aspect. She was GREAT!!

Once again I have been privileged to…
Once again I have been privileged to work with what I believed to be a very sincere and helpful loan agent in Mr. Dave Schulte. He was instrumental in assisting us last year with a non monetary reverse mortgage. Once again due to increase valuation of my home, I enlisted his help and this time, I was able to obtain monetary results. He is so down to earth and knows how to assist in getting all the paper work done quickly and effeciently. I highly recomment his services to all my friends and family.
