Dave Shulte is the best
Dave Shulte is the best! I would recommend him and Goodlife to anyone. He was professional, helpful, kept me up-to-date, and always had a smile in his voice. If you want a good reverse mortgage experience, then go to Goodlife and Dave!

Chris Lee

Dawn at GoodLife lived up to the name
Dawn at GoodLife lived up to the name , Her knowledge of the process made every step comfortable. I was explained all the choices by Dawn , she truly cares by staying in communication through out the whole way. Don’t be afraid of the reverse mortgage process
Your representative, Chris Lee, provided the best example of service I have ever experienced. He was with me from the first telephone contact through closing and on to funding. He went above and beyond at every step. I unconditionallly recommend GoodLife Home Loans and especially Chris to any senior citizen considering a reverse mortgage

Communication was excellent and ongoing…
Communication was excellent and ongoing throughout the HEMC process. Was much simpler than what I had initially thought it would be and our POC at GoodLife, Chris Lee, was uber responsive. The funds were deposited on the exact date we were told. We now have a significant sum of money from our reverse mortgage to use to purchase an RV when and if we find the one we want.. Thank you everyone involved in this process....

Chris did an excellent job leading us through the loan process he was vigilant about monitoring activity and reporting back to us. We would recommend Good Life to anyone. Our mobile notary was very impressed as well
