The email reminders are great, not too many. The price, service and customer service was great and helpful. The only downfall I experienced was a move up in the time frames of next month prescription. Started out at two plus weeks then slowly progressed to 27 days in advance. Almost a month in advance. Took last prescription for three days then got a reminder email for next month order. Someone on SSA only really cannot afford that quick of advance for next prescription.

Got my issue resolved right away

I love this process. It’s easy but thuro. I feel comfortable in how easy it is to communicate and get a quick response. Wonderful customer service.
