After hearing a loud "boom" from the garage, I knew I was in trouble. Sure enough, the spring busted and the garage door wouldn't budge. Thankfully Go Pro is open on Sundays. They were able to send a technician within an hour. Brian was great. After doing a quick check, he reviewed options with me, and was busy replacing the spring. He did a great job explaining how everything worked and within 45 minutes the new spring was installed. Brian was very thorough and made did some fine tuning to make sure the door was opening and closing smoothly and quietly. He even did some preventative maintenance on the door hinges to keep my door in good running order. I couldn't be happier with Go Pro and Brian.
