Easy to Use Functions I do love the easy use platform but the only issue I have is that I can't see the shipping cost on the title page with all the rest of the info. This makes it more difficult to update my Resellers info. I do not like to use the excel export you offer.

I like that I can save addresses now so they will pop up. I would like it if in the future, customers could easily duplicate an order to just edit and ship out again, based off original orders.

Nice online multicarrier shipping app. I was a shipping solution integration consultant for over 15 years with FedEx Services. If your solution can be integrated with a customer order system it would be even a better solution.
