GoSiteReviews of gosite.com

They could not perform what was promised but still charged us as they did. They basically could not even link basic analytics with the calendar tool they offer, but they still deny they could not lol. They are a joke.

Similar situations as others. Their terms of service is not what they sell you. Diego talks over you. They do not deliver the service and blame you for their lack of ability to follow through on design or changes. When you refuse to pay in full Diego threatens with legal fees of collection if you do not pay because you do not want to renew your service and do not give them their allotted time for cancellation he threatens again. We did have a website coming over and some how they made it theirs. Never delivered a remodified website. Just broken communication and failed attempts. With screen sharing, emails, and phone conversation's. GoSite had better management before Diego came along. Six years of service with Gosite and what a waste to have had brought on someone who discourages anyone to join. Beware, their promise to make you a website is so painful you'd wish you had to pull a tooth out than rather deal with them. Lets not forget, they will keep your website too.

I emailed this company to inform them I did not want to renew my account on February 5, 2026. I never heard back and believed they must have gotten the email. Today, February 25, 2026, they renewed my account and charged me over $1000. You cannot call this company typically, but today they left a phone number on the receipt for the bill. I called it. Nobody answered so I left a message. I called several more times, anxious to speak to someone. Several hours later a representative called who said it is company policy that you have to write 30 days in advance before canceling your renewal. I’ve never heard anything like that. I pleaded my case that they never contacted me after my email. He said it was in their spam folder, which I find absurd. The customer service email address going to a spam folder? Not likely. I pleaded my case for nearly an hour to no avail. Extremely disappointed I ever worked with this company, I think they’ve been sold in the last few years because I don’t believe it used to be their policy to require a 30 day written notice for a request to not renew. Do not use this company.

I was with GoSite for about 3 years, the website was on the app always logged me out, so I decided to go with a different company to manage my website. Through this process not only did it cost me and 2 month service fees but it cost me $149 cancelation fee plus a $50 web transfer fee. Which I cancelled 30 days ago. But they still charged me the last month fee. Which I can’t get back because it not in their policy. I am very disappointed on how the break up happened and I had to go through loops to get my website back. I am not happy with the customer service team. So now I paid the 2nd month web service fee when I’m not even with them anymore. I do not recommend GoSite for any website needs.

I signed up with GoSite after being told by their sales team (I even have a full transcript recording) that they could replicate my website one to one and seamlessly pull all my Thumbtack client information into their platform. None of that was true. When I got up and running, not a single piece of Thumbtack data transferred over, not even names of potential clients. The website they created for me was abysmal. The design quality was terrible, nothing like what was promised, and it was severely overpriced. Customer service was no better: they overpromise, underdeliver, and then disappear when you point out the issues. Looking at other reviews, I can see I am not alone. This company has a terrible track record and I honestly do not know how they are still up and running. Save your money and your time.

I used Go Site for years, One day, my website just disappeared… An expensive lesson on who not to use… In addition on exiting the platform, they basically charge me for service is not rendered. I would not use this company

unfortunately zero is not an option worst company you can imagine dont even bother

Michael T Couldn't of said it better. I to had to pay for a month of service I didn't get. I did business with them gor way over a decade and I regret it..... How can a company stay in business with all there bad reviews!! I guess some people don't read them! Like another un happy customer said find another company for your website needs.
