GoSunReviews of gosun.co

The product performs as described. However it turned to be much too small (more like 1/2 portion) for a single adult. However it is easy to wash (both by hand and by dishwasher as suggested), maintain, store, and use. It is also easy to reuse at the beach or on the mountain. Had to make my own personal carrier to protect again breakage, but overall very satisfied. The size is the only reason for my rating.

Would order more products but the batteries are no longer shipped to Hawaii

This whole rate the product is crap. It'll replace your product that failed. I haven't received the replacement yet. How do you expect me to rate it?

the product look well but the functionalities and the parts are very week I can help you upgrade your product in electronics because i even couldn't bake pop corn or melt some plastic on electric charger after 30 min plugged .

After living through hurricane Helene, I was excited to find GoSun online. I am pleased with the products. My problem occurred with my third order. I did not receive items. I contacted the company. It took awhile to rectify the situation. Other than that, I believe in what GoSun is doing.

Update: GoSun has sent the replacement tube. I do really like my GoSun Sport, and am glad to have the replacement tube. I feel their customer service has room for improvement. But it's great to know I can get a replacement tube when needed. ‐----- The tube on my solar oven exploded. I emailed suport looking fornhelp but never got any. I eventually found the tube on the website amd ordered a new one, but THEY SENT A BAG INSTEAD! I've tried the support email, the chat, and calling, and haven't gotten a response. I'm so terribly frustrated and disappointed.

The GoSun Dial did not include the installation template as shown on the web site. It had absolutely no instructions as to it's proper installation at all, leaving me to GUESS the proper positioning and installation. FAIL! Additional information: GoSun responded to this review and included a pdf file with the installation template in an email so I am changing the rating at their request.

I have been extremely patient attempting to attain some form of use from this table, but to no avail. I set it up carefully in the sun and plugged in the Power 266 battery. And waited. And waited. No charge. Reviewing the EXTREMELY SPARSE documentation on this product, I discovered this table would charge the Power 266 battery in about 14 hours—an unacceptable amount of charge time, in my opinion, but ok...so I set up the next day and tried again. After about 6-8 cumulative hours in the sun, the table didn't manage to charge the battery above 25%. Annoyed, I tested the Power 266 battery from DC power in the wall from my house. It charged in a few hours and works fine. Ok, so it's maybe not best for charging a high volume battery. I figured that maybe I could use the table, at least, to connect directly to my iPhone and charge it, using a DC/USB adapter. No go. The table just isn't working, possibly because: 1. Maybe it's just a defective fluke. 2. Maybe I'm thick and not getting it. 3. Maybe a full set of instructions would help reveal something I'm overlooking. 4. Maybe this product is garbage. I'm not sure which of the possibilities is most accurate, but I'm leaning toward 1 or 4. Not a good experience, Go Sun. ⭐ Update: The response from Go Sun here shows they care about their reputation.Go Sun did refund the cost of the table and offered to send me another one. I declined, but this was appreciated. Updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
