So far I ordered a couple weeks ago it hasn’t came yet and the shipping is taking very long

i only got on of the tracking numbers and it was for the hoodie, but i haven't got the tracking number for the crystal cards i been emailing if i can get my other tracking number or if i can get news about my order but i havent got a email back, i hope i get it cause my sis give me the stuff it was my present i pray to god that i get it... Update:so i been taking care of my tracking and i been getting updates about where my package and which state is it on today they send my a message about my package being in Las Vegas so i pray to god that it comes. But i haven't got a respond about my other order :(
