The price has doubled on this product in a little over a year. The first three cost 1700. The fourth one 3400. Nowhere near the quality it should be for the price. It’s hard to believe these can’t be built for less in the 🇺🇸

Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer It was a expensive street light.

Pleased with the product that I finally received. A package no bigger than a standard letter took over two full weeks (14 days 12 working days). The ordering web site is clunky and does not accept both a billing address and a charging address. Took me several phone calls and emails to finally straighten issues out my order.

Thank you for your review, Charles! We're sincerely sorry your order took so long to be delivered. We understand how frustrating that can be, but we're also glad it ultimately reached you successfully. Our website can accommodate a separate billing and shipping address. In order to do so, one must uncheck the box next to "My billing and shipping address are the same" under step 3 (i.e. Payment Method) of our secure checkout. If you were not presented that option, clearing your browser's cookies or cache may have helped. We greatly appreciate your business and your feedback. Your website is extremely misleading about the products available and shipping times. Customer service is variable. I finally got a product but it was my 3rd choice because you don't have what is listed on the website.

Jaya, Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. We always appreciate opportunities to improve our customers' experiences. We are sorry to hear your experience was not satisfactory but hope the alternate mailbox you ended up purchasing meets your needs. Our team strives to keep listed products stocked and available for purchase but does run into situations such as what you experienced on rare occasions. In the case of the products you were interested in, the manufacturer (Knobloch) sends periodic fulfillment shipments from Germany to our warehouse in the United States which can take weeks to reach us. Once they are in stock, they usually ship in 2 to 4 days. If you have any additional questions or comments. You can call us at 866.390.5227 or email us at [email protected] and one of our qualified Account Managers will be happy to help. GotItWholesale.com | Customer Care Team
