My email account was hacked and used to start many fraudulent memberships at many sites. Out of 200 plus fraudulent accounts made, there were only 2 or 3 sites that were difficult about closing my accounts. This site as one of them. I email them several times asking them to close my account but they said I had to sign in and close it myself. I answered this reply with the fact that I did not make the account comet therefore how am I supposed to close an account with a password that I do not know since I did not create it. Kind of ridiculous I think. Not to mention the illegal solicitation of their emails since I never willingly signed up for them and told them to stop sending them to me.

They never finished or delivered the transcription and were very slow on the refund. Do not hire these people if you need transcription services.

I used this service to transcribe some interviews. I paid a lot of money to have transcriptions in 5 days, but I got them back in more than 10 days, regardless of all my reminder emails. Furthermore, transcriptions are incompleted, mispelled and, even worst, some words were totally made up. I genuinely HIGHLY DISRECCOMEND this service.

I could not be happier with GoTranscript's services. With less than 24 hours notice they translated to English and transcribed a multi-person recorded conversation in Hebrew, and then worked patiently with me to provide an affidavit in the correct form required to use the transcript in a court proceeding. I would not hesitate to use them again.

GoTranscript returned a 97-minute audio file quickly. I was super-impressed with the quality of the translation for the first maybe 15 minutes of the file. All I had to correct were the [unintelligible] moments. Since I'd done the interview and knew the information, it was easy for me to add the correct words. The rest of the tape probably was done by another transcriber or two. S/he or they were not nearly as accurate, so the clean-up is taking me longer than I'd hoped. HOWEVER!!! it is not taking me nearly as long as if I had transcribed the tape myself. I am impressed with the ease of submitting the work and the prompt and affordable results. I probably will continue to use GoTranscript. This was my first experience with a transcription service.
