Be aware of this company, it is most a scam. I bought a ticket Mexico to Chicago, and they said will take up to 6 hours for them to send me my ticket, 4 days later not ticket and a $600 dollars charge into my account from an airline I did not booked from and no tickets! The amount they were supposed to charge was $373 and now I need to wait until this fraudulent transaction is clear by my credit card to get my money back. Don't fall for this type of agencies. They are just scamers ready to take you money.

I was unable to check-in online the 24 hours before my flight. Then when I got to the airport they said my ticket wasn't paid for. So instead of my flight costing the original $525 I paid an additional $720 just to get to my destination. In my opinion you owe me $720. Additionally, I have tried to call your customer service department for 2 days and my calls have not been answered.

I would give them a 0 they are COMPLETE SCAMMERS! The phone #, chat and email are all bogus. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT LEGIT~!!!
