We have in our Sent folder a long email to answer all your questions that we received sent 7 hours after you emailed us. If you'd like us to forward that email please let us know. Perhaps our email to you ended up in a Spam folder?

Constantly drops the tunnel. App even when updated will close the tunnel minutes into a streamed show or movie, over and over. I will be trying a different service.

Our VPN app cannot close the connection unless you specifically tell it to by hitting Disconnect. Only a problem with the underlying Internet will cause a miscommunication of the VPN service which then fails and then reports as disconnected. We don't see any requests for Support from you so we were unable to make recommendations that might've remedied the situation.

IP previously provided for working in China did not work. Emailed to Gotrusted to ask for support but no one answered. emailed three times without any feedback. So I simply asked for termination of subscription.

We only received one support email from you and that was answered the same day. It may be that your emails were being blocked by China. We recommend that you use an email service that won't be blocked by China and use a VPN while sending and receiving emails so they won't get blocked in either direction. Our apologies for your experience.

GoTrusted is a reliable service. I have been using it for years and I have never had to contact customer service for any reason. Very easy to set up in all devices. Stable connection at all times. Clear instructions in the website, after signing in. Highly recommended.

This review was written 2 days after your account was shutdown due to your billing information becoming expired. You were emailed about this issue and given 2 days to correct. Until new billing information is provided, we must suspend the account. We do thank you for being a valued customer for more than 10 years. In that time we only received one support request from you and no responses were received to what we sent.

Our apologies for your experience. We did provide instructions for connecting through L2TP but were not given back enough information to help you connect. Something as simple as having an extra space after your email address or password could cause the connection to fail and so require you to check to ensure you can connect. We strive to make our service as easy as possible to use but need communication to help work through issues with your connection.
