The purchase process was fast and simple. There was a problem with the order invoice but we resolved it in a matter of minutes. The product is amazing and the quality is superb. The included software is simple to use and if you want to, you can tinker with the controls, processor wattage, fan speed and even automatically switch power profiles when on battery or AC/wall plug. Great stuff

Although it was difficult to install the LTE module, I successfully installed it and am now using LTE.

Overall great service, even when I had to change my product shipping date due to a business trip. It’s also the only good place to get your hands on niche handheld PCs in Europe.

The max 2 I received works amazingly. My only subject of dissatisfaction is that the R1 trigger came, and still is, more clicky than it should be. Almost like it's clicking into place every time.
