They send parcel with DHL to United States, don't want to send it to another country that works with DHL (Uzbekistan), when shipment stucked on customs, they provide no help with it

Thank you for reaching out to us. We have reviewed the details of your shipment, and we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, customs processing is beyond our control, and while we provided all relevant information required on our end, the clearance process required additional details from you. As you were unable to provide the details for the parcel clearance, we arranged for a recall of the parcel. Additionally, we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer shipping to Uzbekistan. Given these circumstances, we have offered you a refund. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please feel free to reach out.

The support was responsive. The sales team are a little unclear. I requested to know when what’s my second item going to sent out and never a response. Still waiting.

I got what I ordered in a timely manner. The product itself which is the winmax2 case is another story. The case itself does not feel durable, but for now it will do.
