Is this a cint based company? You spent 45 minutes to do a survey only for them to disqualify you or redirect you through the cherries platform. Constant redirecting no payment barely any movement in the time credit especially if it’s a 45 minute survey they give you 14 seconds of time credit this is the biggest effing scammer in survey history in my opinion.

Terrible survey site, always screen me out at the end of survey and did not pay me when i complete some survey from them

I do surveys from several providers (they're randomly selected). Grab Cherries is the absolute worst by far. I've spent over half an hour on one of their surveys before and I completed it, then it just went back to the GrabCherries website and showed that I had about "9 seconds gained." Their survey timer is a lie. Their clock goes backwards sometimes and whenever you get close to finishing up the timer, they claim they ran out of surveys. Grab Cherries states they'll save your time, but they do not. Do yourself a favor and just close out of any survey provided by this company. In my experience, Grab Cherries has paid out my surveys twice (two small ones) out of over 40 surveys I tried to do with them.

They give you surveys with high payout ratings then immediately redirect you to terrible surveys despite you being the demographic they are looking for, overall very scummy site. I've tried to reach support but it's mostly AI or rude people. Very scummy. Do not use this site. Just use Prime Surveys.

I'm from China. This website claims that I'm using a VPN, so they withdrew my rewards. When I contacted the customer service, they said, "We don't support IP access from China, so you used a VPN." And they refused to restore the rewards. However, I can quickly access grabcherries in China.

They send u broken surveys so they can take time off of u. Also when they take time off of u it says earned (time) when u actually lost it. It is good when there is no problems, but takes longer than says it does by a lot

Ich wollte über Cashinstyle an einer "Grabcherries" Umfrage teilnehmen, Geschätzte Dauer angeblich 10 Minuten, Bezahlung 1 Dollar. Nach einer Stunde war ich immer noch nicht fertig. GC arbeitet nach eigenen Angaben mit einem "Zeitbonus"-Modell, das einen für kaputte oder disqualifizierte Umfragen belohnt, aber in der Praxis ist das genaue Gegenteil ist der Fall. Bricht eine Umfrage zum Beispiel aus technischen Gründen ab oder man wird aus irgend einem Grund disqualifiziert, so springt der Fortschrittsbalken ZURÜCK anstatt vorwärts. Man wird also quasi auch noch dafür BESTRAFT, wenn die Umfragen nicht funktionieren oder vom Profil her nicht passen! Und der absolute Knaller kam am Schluss, als der Fortschrittsbalken endlich bei 95 % (entsprechend einer fehlenden Minute) angekommen war. Da wurde mir doch tatsächlich eine Umfrage um die Ohren gehauen mit einer geschätzten Dauer von 25 Minuten (!), was ich natürlich mit der Begründung "zu lang" abgelehnt habe. Und was macht Grabcherries? Setzt den Fortschrittsbalken erneut um sage und schreibe 10 % (!) zurück! Das ist eine klare und eindeutige Verbrauchertäuschung, man könnte es aber auch schlicht und einfach Betrug nennen. Sollen die sich nen anderen Blöden suchen, mir reicht's jetzt.
