I contacted this company to obtain pallet pricing and samples of their 1 and 2 gallon pails to ensure their quality and the sizing required for my product. Customer service was quick to respond via email (next business day) but made no attempts to connect me with a sales rep, provide pricing based on the quantity I inquired about, nor did they offer to ship samples of the pails to me (as other companies did). When I asked them to ship samples they refused and suggested I purchase them plus the cost of shipping myself to determine if they were what I was looking for. Only when I figured this out would they connect me with a sales rep and provide pallet pricing. As if this wasn't bad enough, their online prices were significantly higher than their competitors; which I could justify paying if their customer service was better. The whole experience was a deal breaker for me.

They display fast shipping times next to products on their website then when you go to actually purchase them the shipping dates are suddenly 2+ weeks later. All the shipping options cost way too much for the abysmally slow delivery rates.

I have ordered a safe from Grainger and it was about $50. It wasn't fireproof, and it was expensive for me. I found a fireproof safe that was much bigger at Aldi's for $24, and it is of good quality. I wish they offered some kind of price matching system. In addition, their price for shipping is a little on the high side. It was more than $10 for a small safe. What I didn't like most was the fact that my company already has a net-30 credit account with 3 companies, Advance, Uline, and Amazon, and Grainger refused to offer me such terms until I ordered from them at least 5-7 times first on a cash account . I don't know why they are different from everyone else.

purchased 235.00 piece of measuring equipment from them. Used very carefully 3 times in a year and a half. Battery cover pops one of the cheesy plastic tabs that hold the battery in place. Battery wont stay in and now the calipers are useless. Grainger tells me its out of warranty and there's nothing they can do.

What a disappointment. I placed an order for a product on their website and they canceled it two weeks later stating that it was a restricted product. If it was restricted why was it on the website and why did it take so long for it to be cancelled?

I ordered N95 masks on their website and they only inform me that the order was cancelled after i inquire about the delay. They told me they had informed me it was cancelled in an email but I never received it, but they also had the audacity to double their prices of the N95 masks on the website due to the Coronavirus. These shady people are in the business for greed and profit. This company should go out of business. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy from their website!

I registered on their website and received confirmation that I was ready to shop. I placed an order of one box of product, but hours later my order was cancelled even though they have it in stock. It was outrageous that they cherry-pick customers subjectively.

We love Grainger! I can call, order online, or pick up in town. They have always deliver fast and be a convenient way to get our supplies. The last person that called me, Angela, was a delight! She definitely deserves a raise Grainger!
