Gray porter is one of the best and trusted websites to order stuff from i ordered camera from them and their support team helped with every step very professional and good highly recommend

Amazing! I looked everywhere for the xv100i and finally found it here. Gray Porter responded to my messages quickly and the product arrived in a few days in great shape. Highly recommend

I was a little apprehensive about ordering from this website because, as many of you know, it’s nearly impossible to get your hands on the Fujifilm X100VI. I was worried it might be too good to be true, but after doing a deep dive into the reviews, I decided to take a chance. After placing my order, I started second-guessing myself and wondered if I should have gone with the Canon PowerShot G7 X instead. I reached out to customer support, and Manu responded quickly. He was incredibly helpful and reassured me that he wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase—even offering to exchange the camera if I decided to change my mind. In the end, I stuck with the Fujifilm, and I’m so glad I did. My camera arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I placed my order on Friday, and it was delivered by Tuesday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again!

Great buying experience! The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The Fuji X100VI arrived in decent packaging and was shipped on time. The camera appears to be in great condition and works as expected. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

Manu was very helpful and very responsive throughout the whole buying process (i did not have to talk to a chat bot at all which is very nice) and he replied to all my emails very fast. I was skeptical that I could purchase an X100VI but Gray porter came through. there were issues with my payment and delivery was delayed but it was nothing of their faults. I never write reviews but their customer service was top notch.

I had a genuinely great experience with GrayPorter customer service. Unfortunately my package was lost during the UPS delivery process, but their team handled the situation professionally, quickly, and with a lot of understanding. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they resolved the issue much faster than I expected. Manu and the team were kind, responsive, and very fair. Even though the shipping issue itself was stressful, GrayPorter made the experience much easier and showed real care for their customer. That level of service is rare nowadays. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism, and I would absolutely do business with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

We were looking for a Fujifilm X100VI very close to our vacation. There weren't many options - Amazon was providing it at a huge markup. We were unsure but decided to take a punt on GrayPorter and received the camera well in time. Took some amazing pictures on our trip. Very grateful!

I was skeptical at first, but I took the risk, and they’re legit! Highly recommend. I got my Fujifilm X100VI without any hassle!
