I have dealt with both Greenbuyback and Gazelle now, and overall I had a better experience with Greenbuyback. The process was easy and quick, no issues with the shipping and I received payment within a couple of days. I will definitely use them again.

So much easier than I thought it would be. They accepted my Nexus 6p, and even had a price for my older HTC M8 (though I didn't see it in time to send in). Would definitely use again.

Everything went as advertised. Just sent back a 2nd set of phones. Will definitely use them again.

Good Experience Other than having to have a shipping label sent separately the process went seamlessly. They also gave the best price for my used device.

I just used them for the first time to sell my old phone and the process could not be more simple. The emails I received from them were very professional and they were very quick with the entire process. Matched the quote I was given no questions asked. I would do business with them again!

Had a little hiccup getting the return label printed. Greenbuyback initiated contact when the issue was recognized on their end. They issued a new label immediately. Honestly, I anticipated an email with a revised quote for less but I received the full amount. I'm very happy with the service provided.
