Hi there, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience — it sounds incredibly frustrating. However, we believe there may have been a mix-up regarding the company you purchased from. We are Green Goo, a family-owned and operated business based in the United States, and we do not sell products in the UK or Europe. We do not sell hedge trimmers or any tools — our focus is on all-natural personal care products, and our website is https://greengoo.com. The company you appear to be referencing uses the domain greengoo.co.uk and appears to operate from or ship returns to China. That is not us — we are not affiliated with that company in any way. We completely understand your frustration and kindly ask if you could update or move your review to the correct company profile on Trustpilot. Your experience deserves to be heard by the appropriate audience so others can make informed decisions. Thanks again, and if you ever need natural body care made with love in the USA, we’d be happy to serve you. Warm regards, The Green Goo Team https://greengoo.com Hello Deborah! Thank you for your thoughtful review and for raising a great point. We completely understand that while great customer service and a smooth website experience are important, what really matters is whether the product actually works. The good news is that yes, our herbal salves have helped thousands of customers with a wide range of concerns—from skin irritations and burns to dry skin and minor cuts. Many reviews do highlight service and experience, but we’ve also received plenty of feedback from people who have seen real results using our products. If you’re unsure which salve is best for your needs, we’d be happy to help guide you. And if you decide to give it a try, we’d love to hear how it works for you too.
